 HOW TO ORDER

Ordering by E-Mail

If you would like to order by e-mail simply send an e-mail to contact@chelmerprogrammes.co.uk setting out your requirements. Please bear in mind postage costs which wil be advised to you when we respond in respect of the order. 

It is helpful at this stage if you let us have your address.

Ordering by Post

If you wish to order by post,  please set out your requirements on a sheet on paper. 

If you are looking to pay by cheque, please use the “Not to exceed” method, allowing for postage. If you are not comfortable with this method, please do include an estimate for postage. Excess amounts will be returned with the order.

Then post the completed order form to :-

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY electronically i.e. Paypal, BACS until we confirm that every item you have requested is in stock.

Postage and Delivery

• With the huge variance in weight these days it is difficult to be precise regarding total cost.
• The best estimate seems to be £1 for 1 item plus 20p for each additional item. Whilst we will always obtain proof of postage we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
• For orders over £20 we we will need to use UK Tracked.
• For orders over £50 “Guaranteed” is a must.
• For Clients abroad,”International Signed For” is a must.

All prices are in (£) GBP.

 

We will reply as soon as possible with availability and pricing including cost of postage.
